1. Place the yoghurt, spirulina and strawberries (honey optional) in a glass and stir with a spoon
2. Once mixed through, all yours to eat!

3. If you prefer a smoothie, just add all the ingredients with ¾ cup of low fat milk (if you prefer soy, rice milk) into a blender until smooth.
4. Place in a glass and add mint leaf for garnish.
