I am a qualified Clinical Naturopathic Western Herbal Medicine and Nutrition practitioner, with extensive experience in the food, health and wellness industry. I integrate traditional medicine and an evidence based medical model of science, incorporating herbal tonics (liquid or tablet form), therapeutic creams & oils, teas, flower essences, supplements, dietary & lifestyle advice and relaxation techniques that may all be combined into treatment plans.
My mission is to provide an evidence-based practice approach to healthcare, proposing complementary therapies that have known safety and efficacy to help promote nutrition, health and well-being.
